What is a pendulum mill?
The pendulum mill is also known as the Raymond mill. It is a traditional mechanical device used for grinding ores into powder. It has a long history and is currently the most stable mineral powder grinding equipment in the world. Its application scope is very wide. The materials that can be processed include calcite, limestone, talc, marble, dolomite, talc, carbon black, barite, basalt, quartz, diatomite, bentonite, etc. Depending on the type of processed materials, it is also called calcite pendulum mill, limestone pendulum mill, etc.

The structure of the pendulum mill
The pendulum mill adopts a complete production line design. Its components mainly include a jaw crusher ①(which crushes large rocks into small particles to facilitate grinding inside the grinding mill), an elevator② (which places the crushed materials into the storage bin to ensure stable feeding), a storage bin③ (for storing materials), a vibrating feeder ④(which controls the speed through frequency conversion to ensure stable feeding), a pendulum mill ⑤(the main body of the grinding machine – controlling the rotational speed of the analyzer through frequency conversion to control fineness), a blower⑥ (extracting fine powder meeting the fineness requirements from the grinding mill and sending it to the powder collector for collection), a powder collector⑦ (collecting fine powder meeting the fineness requirements), a pulse dust collector⑧ (processing dust and collecting fine powder meeting the fineness requirements for a second time), and a packaging machine (packaging the finished fine powder).
