The 138th Canton Fair has come to a successful conclusion – Cronus shone brightly

The 138th Canton Fair officially kicked off in Guangzhou on October 13, 2025. Over 10,000 enterprises participated, covering a wide range of industries such as machinery and equipment, household appliances, intelligent robots, industrial tools, power tools, abrasive materials, etc.

After a total of one week of exhibition, Cronus & Guikuang, as a professional domestic manufacturer of mineral grinding machines, successfully participated in the Canton Fair through active negotiations and qualification reviews.

During the Canton Fair, our company carefully prepared various small gifts for the customers and dispatched a large number of outstanding salespeople and translators to promptly and accurately convey the product information and business philosophy of Cronus & Guikuang to the customers. During the exhibition period, we successfully received over a hundred clients. The patience and enthusiastic service provided by our company’s staff won unanimous recognition from the clients. Some customers have clearly expressed their approval of our company’s products and have scheduled visits to our factory. Some even conducted on-site price negotiations.

When is the Guangzhou Fair held??

The 138th Canton Fair will be held in three phases in Guangzhou from October 15th to 23rd, 2025. With the themes of “Advanced Manufacturing” and “Quality Home Furnishing”, the exhibition area reached 1.55 million square meters, with over 32,000 exhibitors and more than 290,000 overseas buyers, setting a new historical record

How large is the participation scale of this year’s Canton Fair??

As of the end of the first period on October 19th, over 157,000 overseas buyers attended the event offline, representing a 6.3% increase compared to the previous period. China’s GDP grew by 4.8% year-on-year in the third quarter of 2025, demonstrating the resilience of its foreign trade

How to Successfully Participate in the Canton Fair?

To successfully participate in the Canton Fair, the following conditions must be met and corresponding procedures completed:
‌I. Enterprise Qualification Requirements‌
‌Basic Qualifications‌
A business license, Foreign Trade Operator Registration Certificate, and import-export enterprise code are required.
Manufacturing enterprises must obtain international quality system certifications such as ISO, while trading enterprises must provide export performance proof.
‌Export Threshold‌
For coastal regions: trading enterprises must have an annual export volume ≥ USD 1.5 million, and manufacturing enterprises ≥ USD 750,000.
For central regions: the thresholds are USD 750,000 and USD 400,000, respectively.
For western regions: the thresholds are USD 400,000 and USD 200,000, respectively.
Enterprises not meeting these thresholds but with potential (e.g., newly established or specialized SMEs) may participate with a trade delegation’s recommendation, subject to a cap of 20%.
‌II. Application Process‌
‌Online Application‌
Log in to the Canton Fair official website and submit materials via the “Exhibition EasyPass” system, including the business license, product catalog, and quality inspection reports.
For brand booths, additional documents such as trademark certificates and patent proofs are required. For standard booths, only basic documents are needed.
‌Review and Booth Allocation‌
The review cycle takes approximately 1–2 months. Upon approval, booth fees must be paid (standard booths cost about CNY 30,000–50,000 per session).
Booth allocation follows a “first-come, first-served” principle. Early planning is advised, with attention to the May deadline for brand booth applications
